About the Role
HubSpot is seeking a UK/I Customer Success Manager to help businesses achieve their inbound marketing goals through effective use of HubSpot software. This role involves building long-term relationships with clients and acting as their trusted inbound advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage 100-200 customer relationships, working with clients to align their goals with HubSpot resources
- →Partner with HubSpot teams to solve customer challenges and support onboarding, upsells, and renewals
- →Conduct 4-5 deep-dive meetings daily with customers to review progress and provide strategic recommendations
- →Promote customer growth by identifying opportunities for additional HubSpot products and services
- →Address technical roadblocks and recommend solutions using HubSpot integrations
Requirements
- ✓Fluency in written and spoken English
- ✓1+ years of experience in client-facing or account management roles
- ✓Strong business acumen with consultative problem-solving skills
- ✓Knowledge of the media/digital landscape
- ✓Ability to learn Inbound Marketing quickly and independently
- ✓Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building abilities
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure
