About the Role
We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team at Hudu, a fast-growing SaaS platform for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers. This role is critical in ensuring our Ruby on Rails platform delivers seamless UI/UX experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with designers and developers to provide early feedback on usability
- βConduct manual and automated UI/UX testing across desktop and mobile
- βPerform exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing
- βDocument findings with clear reproduction steps and supporting materials
- βExecute performance-focused UX testing to verify data loading and error handling
- βImprove test coverage, tools, and processes to support feature delivery
Requirements
- βAssociates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- βMinimum of 2 years' experience in SaaS QA
- βKnowledge of UI/UX testing principles
- βUnderstanding of Rails, AWS, and Kubernetes basics
- βExcellent bug reporting and communication skills
- βExperience with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tools
- βStrong time management and multi-tasking abilities
