Human Interest is on a mission to ensure that people in all lines of work have access to retirement benefits.
More than half of all working Americans are not saving enough for their future. Too often, it’s because they are employed by a company that doesn’t offer a retirement plan. Human Interest is changing that by making it affordable and accessible for small and medium-sized businesses to offer employees a path to financial independence through retirement savings.
We’re a high-growth fintech company changing the retirement industry. We are backed by a number of investors. This includes funding from Marshall Wace and Baillie Gifford, as well as top investors such as BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, Glynn Capital, NewView Capital, USVP, Wing, Uncork, and more.
About the role
Human Interest is on a mission to ensure every worker has a path to financial independence. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Revenue and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams.
We move at 24,791 mph. This is a support-heavy role designed for someone who thrives on organization, meticulous detail, and high-velocity execution. You will act as the "navigator," managing the administrative workflows and logistics that allow our revenue engine to scale. From orchestrating the new hire experience to providing critical data and tools support, you will gain an insider’s view into how a world-class revenue team operates. If you have a "no task too small" attitude and a bias toward action, you will fit right in.
You’re a fit if:
• Wants to learn from the best: You are excited to be mentored by seasoned leaders and see the "behind the scenes" of how a tech unicorn scales.
• Is a "high-velocity" learner: You can pick up new tools (like Salesforce, Docebo, Gong and SwagPro) and complex processes in a heartbeat.
• Is meticulously organized: You find genuine satisfaction in keeping complex projects, shipping logistics, and training calendars on track and error-free.
• You have a "no task too small" attitude: You find professional pride in a job well done, whether you are fulfilling a business card order or pulling a complex data report.
• Operational Powerhouse: You take pride in managing the logistical and administrative details that keep a world-class revenue engine running. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and own the critical workflows that make our big initiatives possible.
• You are comfortable with constant change: You can maintain your composure and adapt your focus on the fly while moving at 24,791 mph.
About the team
The Operations Excellence team is the high-integrity backbone of our revenue organization, dedicated to "zero-error" execution and scaling our most vital internal workflows. We act as the essential bridge between strategy and execution by managing the critical infrastructure that keeps our teams moving at high velocity. This includes overseeing rigorous compliance monitoring, maintaining technical knowledge governance, and orchestrating the end-to-end logistics for our Go-To-Market team—from flawlessly onboarding new hires and managing field assets to ensuring every team member has the branded tools and resources they need to win. By removing operational friction and handling the complexities of rapid growth, we ensure our revenue engine remains equipped, compliant, and ready for our next phase of scale
What you get to do every day
Onboarding & Lifecycle Logistics
• Onboarding Point of Contact: Lead the onboarding process for the revenue team—proactively collecting essential details like shipping addresses and shirt sizes for new hires.
• Field Logistics & Orders: Manage the end-to-end fulfillment and ordering of business cards and specialized wearables for field employees to ensure they are equipped for the market.
• Awards & Recognition: Own the ordering and fulfillment process for team awards to celebrate milestones and top performance.
• Process Integrity: Execute standardized onboarding and offboarding checklists to ensure no detail is missed as we scale.
Enablement & Training Support
• Training Coordination: Use Google Calendar to schedule training sessions for onboarding, upskilling, and ad hoc needs across the GTM organization.
• Resource Management: Set up and maintain Program Guides, performance trackers, and training rosters, ensuring all resources match the master schedule.
• Communications: Manage training cohort communications (pre-cohort intros and post-cohort summaries) and act as the liaison between trainers and IT.
• Special Projects: Tackle various administrative projects and "special missions" as assigned to support a high-growth revenue environment.
Operational & Data Support
• Tools Liaison: Support the upkeep of training tools (e.g., Salesforce, Kahoot, Docebo) and manage permissions, access, and troubleshooting.
• Data Aggregation: Work within SFDC, Tableau, and Gong to gather and package pertinent GTM and CSO data for leadership review.
• Special Projects: Tackle various administrative projects and "special missions" as assigned to support a high-growth revenue environment.
What you bring to the role
• Relevant Experience: 2–3 years in revenue operations, project coordination, or a high-level administrative role.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfort with G-Suite (Calendar, Sheets), Slack, and Salesforce.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn and support tools like Docebo, Tableau, and Gong.
• Professional Communication: Excellent written skills for managing team-wide communications and vendor relations.
• Operational Excellence: Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.
• Collaborative & Independent: You are a reliable team player who can also be trusted to run with a project independently from start to finish.
