About the Role
Hypercore is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their growing team. This role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships in the private credit market, helping clients maximize value from Hypercore's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a portfolio of accounts (up to 10) and drive retention, satisfaction, and growth
- →Deliver continuous value by ensuring clients see clear ROI from the platform
- →Drive product adoption by increasing usage and promoting new capabilities
- →Serve as a strategic partner by understanding client loan portfolios and aligning Hypercore to their needs
- →Identify expansion opportunities through upsell and cross-sell
- →Act as the voice of the client by translating feedback into product insights
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ✓2+ years of experience in accounting, customer success, or fintech
- ✓Experience working with financial data is required
- ✓Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet proficiency
- ✓Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- ✓Excellent communication and collaborative mindset
