About the Role
We are seeking an AI Platform Lead to lead the development of Hypercore’s AI capabilities and shape the future of intelligent financial infrastructure. This hands-on technical leadership position involves architecting, building, and scaling end-to-end AI-powered features across our enterprise-grade SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the full lifecycle of designing and implementing Hypercore’s AI features, from concept and architecture to deployment and monitoring
- →Collaborate closely with product and design teams to scope user needs and AI-driven opportunities
- →Build and scale MCP servers and MCP clients for enterprise-grade AI services
- →Build and maintain core backend services using Node.js, GraphQL, and MySQL
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- ✓Deep experience with Node.js, GraphQL, React, and MySQL in production environments
- ✓Experience with AWS deployment, monitoring, and automation
- ✓Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with structured and unstructured data
- ✓Familiarity with large language model APIs is a strong plus
- ✓Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- ✓Organized, outcomes-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting
