About the Role
We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project focused on tokenizing real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins for institutional adoption. The team is building infrastructure to bridge Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity and enabling broader investor participation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and refine high-throughput Virtual Machines (VMs) for parallel execution and EVM-compatible environments
- →Spearhead development of sophisticated system-level contracts with expert audits and Gas optimization
- →Analyze industry-leading protocols (Aptos, Solana, Ethereum) to implement superior consensus and execution strategies
- →Serve as a primary stakeholder in architectural decisions through code reviews and team development
- →Design robust interoperability frameworks for multi-chain ecosystem agility
Requirements
- ✓Exceptional command of C++ and systems-level programming with focus on efficient data structures
- ✓Comprehensive understanding of VM mechanics including stack management and state transitions
- ✓Proven ability to engineer high-stakes Solidity applications with security-first patterns
- ✓Track record of contributing to major public chain infrastructures
- ✓Degree in Computer Science or relevant quantitative field
- ✓Highly Valued Skills
- ✓Experience with Rust or Go for high-performance backend modules
- ✓Database engineering background (RocksDB/LevelDB optimization)
- ✓Multi-threaded parallel processing experience
