About the Role
We are supporting a rapidly growing digital asset infrastructure company focused on tokenizing and providing liquidity for real-world assets (RWA), including private credit and fund products. The platform transforms traditionally illiquid financial assets into tradable on-chain instruments with built-in price discovery features, integrating into broader digital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support business development activities, including coordinating, scheduling, and follow-up for client meetings
- →Prepare meeting materials, meeting notes, and internal summaries for senior stakeholders
- →Assist with managing client onboarding logistics and post-meeting follow-ups
- →Coordinate between internal teams (product, legal, operations) to support client requests
- →Track business development pipeline, CRM updates, and key operational workflows
- →Support general business operations, reporting, and ad-hoc projects
- →Attend client meetings in Hong Kong when necessary
- →Help ensure smooth execution of daily business and operational tasks
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field, or recent graduate
- ✓Strong interest in financial markets, digital assets, or blockchain technology
- ✓Clear communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- ✓Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- ✓Willingness to attend client meetings and work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Prior experience in the crypto space (internship or projects) preferred
- ✓Basic understanding of capital markets, funds, or structured products
- ✓Familiarity with DeFi, stablecoins, or tokenization concepts
