About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to shape the long-term vision and strategy for a liquid staking and derivatives platform in a stealth-mode DeFi project backed by top-tier venture capitalists.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set and articulate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the product
- →Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and impact
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out product development and enhancements
- →Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape
- →Ensure alignment of product features with company goals and customer requirements
