About the Role
We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Leader to join Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. This role focuses on scaling our global influencer marketing program as a core performance growth channel.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own global influencer marketing strategy and execution with accountability for measurable growth outcomes
- →Scale an always-on, performance-focused creator program across the U.S., Europe, and Asia
- →Design scalable creator playbooks for messaging frameworks, content guidance, and conversion drivers
- →Build and refine systems for creator sourcing, selection, outreach, onboarding, and lifecycle management
- →Partner with analytics to define and improve measurement frameworks
- →Evaluate and implement influencer discovery, management, and measurement tools
- →Collaborate with Growth, Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and regional teams
- →Lead and develop a small, high-impact influencer team
Requirements
- ✓7–10+ years of experience in influencer, performance, or growth marketing
- ✓Proven track record owning direct-response creator programs
- ✓Strong analytical orientation with performance data and experimentation
- ✓Experience operating in regulated, complex, or global categories
- ✓Builder mindset with experience creating processes and scalable systems
- ✓Strong creator intuition paired with performance discipline
- ✓Ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution
