About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join our Field Sales team in Zurich, supporting the expansion of Ideals VDR in Switzerland. This role involves prospecting outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout Switzerland
- →Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- →Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline with 50+ opportunities
- →Engage with C-suite and key decision-makers in Finance, Banking, and other sectors
- →Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing strategy for Switzerland
- →Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- →Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- →Share insights and provide updates to customers
- →Provide customer feedback to product development and management teams
- →Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and revenue
Requirements
- ✓2 – 5 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within the B2B or professional services sector
- ✓Experience in high-velocity sales environments and engaging with decision-makers
- ✓Track record of managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- ✓Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches
- ✓C1 proficiency in English and C2 in German
