About the Role
Ideals is seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years. This role focuses on managing recruitment for Sales and Marketing teams, primarily in APAC, and involves the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing vacancies as a project manager
- →Organize and moderate high-quality communication within hiring project teams
- →Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify top GTM talent
- →Facilitate the design of assessment processes and tools
- →Assess competencies and values fit of candidates using various methods
- →Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages
- →Maintain project documentation and analytics
- →Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns
- →Partner with internal stakeholders to align on role requirements and candidate experience
- →Manage projects across APAC (90%) and other international regions (10%)
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales operations
- ✓Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment projects
- ✓Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behavior
- ✓Understanding of international sourcing principles
- ✓Rapport and relationship-building skills
- ✓Fluency in English (C2)
- ✓Proficiency in Japanese or Korean preferred
