About the Role
We are looking for a highly technical Data Scientist to join our established Analytics department at IDT Corporation. This modeling-heavy role focuses on building high-performance, reproducible machine learning systems that drive core business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain reproducible machine learning models for production environments
- →Build advanced models to predict user engagement patterns, including retention and activity frequency
- →Develop Uplift models to measure the incremental impact of business interventions
- →Improve and scale next-best-action (NBA) engines to enhance personalized user experiences
- →Lead the statistical design and analysis of A/B testing to validate model performance and business hypotheses
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional experience in Data Science
- ✓Deep understanding of Supervised/Unsupervised learning including Regression, Boosting, Clustering
- ✓Advanced use of Python, Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn
- ✓Proficiency in SQL for querying large-scale databases
- ✓Ability to leverage Tableau for data visualization
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related)
