About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in a high-growth market unit. This role involves selling into strategic target accounts and leveraging consultative approaches to value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute strong sales strategies and continuously improve sales skills
- →Prepare, update, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- →Develop and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
- →Create comprehensive Account Plans including deal action cards and mutual evaluation plans
- →Manage the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- →Collaborate with partners to create joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles
- →Develop strategic industrial accounts both organically and through planned campaigns
- →Achieve annual sales targets and deliver according to quarterly budgets
- →Build and maintain pipeline coverage to achieve 4x coverage
- →Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams to build internal networks
- →Manage CRM and Account hygiene, sales cadence, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in enterprise software sales
- ✓Strong sales execution and pipeline building skills
- ✓Expertise in CRM systems and sales processes
- ✓Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- ✓Experience in managing RFP processes and account planning
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- ✓Strong understanding of industry standards and market dynamics
