About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth in a high-growth market unit. This role involves selling into strategic target accounts and using a consultative approach to value-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute strong sales strategies and continuously improve sales skills
- →Prepare, update, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- →Develop and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
- →Create Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts
- →Manage the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- →Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts and create joint sales plays
- →Develop strategic industrial accounts both organically and through planned campaigns
- →Achieve annual sales targets and deliver according to quarterly budgets
- →Build and maintain pipeline with demand generation activities
- →Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams for collaboration
- →Manage CRM and Account hygiene, sales cadence, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Strong sales execution and pipeline building skills
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and RFP processes
- ✓Ability to develop territory and account plans
- ✓Expertise in demand generation and strategic account development
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Ability to work within a matrix organization
- ✓Experience in enterprise software sales preferred
