About the Role
We are looking for a motivated sales executive to help grow our business across the market unit. This role involves net new sales hunting into strategic target accounts, building pipeline, and closing new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute strong sales strategies and continuously improve skills
- →Prepare, update, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries
- →Develop and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals
- →Create Account Plans including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps
- →Manage the end-to-end sales process from demand generation to closing deals
- →Work with partners to create joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles
- →Take 100% responsibility for annual sales targets and quarterly budgets
- →Build and maintain pipeline with 4x coverage
- →Liaise with Sales leadership and Global teams for collaboration
- →Manage CRM and Account hygiene with accurate forecasting
Requirements
- ✓Entrepreneurial nature with strong sales execution skills
- ✓Experience in enterprise software sales
- ✓Ability to use a consultative approach to value-based selling
- ✓Industry knowledge and expertise in enterprise software
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- ✓Ability to lead with award-winning products and access to broader portfolio
- ✓Experience in building pipeline and closing new opportunities
- ✓Ability to identify and qualify deals leading to sales opportunities
- ✓Experience in preparing and maintaining Territory and Account Plans
- ✓Experience in managing CRM and sales reporting
- ✓Ability to work within a matrix organization and utilize resources effectively
