About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in France. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and lead development for IFS.
Key Responsibilities
- →Engage in value-driven conversations with prospects based on research and understanding
- →Create opportunities by illustrating areas for improvement, optimization, or automation
- →Utilize Pre-Call Planning methods to understand prospects and position IFS solutions
- →Develop cold accounts into warm, targeted accounts through various value-based efforts
- →Work alongside Sales Representatives to set meetings and penetrate targeted accounts
- →Navigate organizational hierarchies to gain access to decision makers
- →Customize messaging to highlight IFS functional competitive advantages
- →Convert targeted accounts to the sales pipeline and develop ongoing relationships
- →Implement Account Based Marketing campaigns in coordination with sales and marketing teams
- →Maintain high-level communication via outbound calling, email, and social media
- →Keep accurate electronic records of all outreach activities
Requirements
- ✓Knowledgeable in Service Management, Asset Management, and ERP Applications
- ✓Ability to exhibit knowledge and confidence when engaging prospects
- ✓Strong understanding of prospect needs and how IFS solutions address them
- ✓Experience with Pre-Call Planning and account development strategies
- ✓Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
- ✓Ability to ask open-ended questions to uncover prospect needs
- ✓Proficiency with contact management applications
