About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team in Vancouver, BC. This role involves managing financial planning processes and reporting for a PE-backed company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- →Lead monthly and quarterly management reporting and shareholder deliverables
- →Deliver insightful variance analysis and business intelligence using KPIs
- →Build partnerships across departments to forecast revenue and SaaS metrics
- →Advance the use of AI-powered forecasting and analytics
- →Lead initiatives to automate and scale reporting
- →Design and maintain dashboards for real-time insights
- →Develop financial models to support pricing strategy
- →Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals
- →Improve planning cadence and financial reporting infrastructure
Requirements
- ✓Experience with financial planning and analysis
- ✓Knowledge of SaaS metrics and PE-backed operating models
- ✓Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning and IFS THOR
- ✓Strong analytical and modeling skills
- ✓Leadership experience in FP&A teams
