About the Role
The Head of Business Operations for the APJMEA region will serve as a strategic advisor and operational catalyst to regional executives, driving commercial excellence and operational alignment across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with regional executives to drive proactive forecasting, territory coverage, quota planning, GTM execution, and quarterly business reviews
- →Build, lead, and evolve the regional Business Operations team, ensuring agile support and continuous improvement
- →Deliver actionable analytics to enhance sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and revenue predictability
- →Champion data integrity and governance across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews
- →Operationalize corporate GTM strategies across Market Units, ensuring alignment and measurable impact
- →Monitor pipeline health, support demand generation initiatives, and drive growth-focused interventions
- →Streamline and enhance core business processes in collaboration with global stakeholders
- →Oversee quota setting and compensation plans, acting as the primary liaison for sales compensation matters
- →Scale and nurture a resilient Business Operations team aligned with strategic growth objectives
Requirements
