About the Role
You will play a lead role supporting customers in monitoring and triage system incidents and managing issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor the IFS customer security state
- →Analyze real-time events and triage incidents based on the severity of the situation
- →Identify and gather required data to execute investigations into information security incidents
- →Identify and support improving relevant information security gaps
- →Administer and maintain security operation tools and services
- →Maintain a keen understanding and provide adequate security advisory on threats and vulnerabilities
- →Support customer compliance reviews, audit activities, and due diligence
- →Contribute to improving departmental documentation
- →Ensure strong customer engagement and manage issues through to resolution
