About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at IFS. This mid-level role involves delivering high-quality technical support to end users across various environments. You will act as a critical escalation point for complex technical issues and contribute to improving IT services globally.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide expert-level technical assistance across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms
→Resolve complex device, application, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely
→Take ownership of persistent or high-impact technical problems
→Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to escalate and resolve issues
→Maintain and enhance video conferencing systems, network connectivity, and shared office technologies
→Act as a technical liaison in office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and service transitions
→Create and refine internal documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides
→Travel occasionally to regional offices to deliver hands-on support

Requirements

✓Deep diagnostic expertise and methodical approach to problem-solving
✓Proficiency in macOS administration, including user account management and software deployment
✓Strong understanding of endpoint and data security principles
✓Experience with enterprise tools and cross-functional IT initiatives
✓Ability to create clear, actionable documentation
✓Excellent customer service skills across multiple channels
✓Experience mentoring junior team members
