About the Role
IFS is expanding its presence in the UK Aerospace & Defence market and seeks a strategic professional to lead growth across key accounts. This role involves working with both the IFS One Europe & LatAm team and the Global Aerospace & Defence team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prepare, update, and own the Key Account Strategy for named strategic accounts
- →Drive the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement to RFI/RFP process ownership
- →Take responsibility for customer satisfaction, working with IFS service delivery and partner teams
- →Collaborate with the Global Aerospace & Defence Team to build internal networks and secure regional support
- →Lead and coordinate ecosystem partners for complex A&D opportunities
- →Engage with executive-level stakeholders to secure alignment and deliver strategic outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in strategic account management within the Aerospace & Defence sector
- ✓Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions for A&D markets
- ✓Experience with RFI/RFP processes and complex sales cycles
- ✓Ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders
- ✓Commercially-driven with a track record of achieving growth objectives
