The Business Analyst plays a critical role supporting divisional growth initiatives and strategic projects at IMA Advisors. This high-impact, execution-oriented role is ideal for an early-career professional who can independently support workstreams and translate analysis into action.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the design, scoping, planning, and execution of cross-functional projects
- →Support M&A due diligence efforts by gathering and synthesizing operational and financial data
- →Assist in planning and executing pre- and post-close integration activities
- →Analyze various data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- →Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field
- ✓0–2 years of experience in management consulting, banking, corporate finance, or similar roles
- ✓Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- ✓Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
