About the Role
We are looking for an Insurance Account Executive to join our team at IMA Financial Group, Inc. This role requires representing the agency with high ethical standards and managing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a Book of Business and collaborate with producers to develop insurance programs
- →Assist in servicing and remarketing existing accounts for personal lines
- →Act as a liaison between clients and carriers by collecting and communicating risk and underwriting information
- →Work closely with company underwriters in negotiating sales and service related items
- →Cross-sell and round out existing accounts within assigned Book of Business
- →Determine premiums and prepare proposals for clients
- →Maintain all underwriting, marketing, applications, and other information for documentation purposes
- →Process transactions to generate billing invoices and prepare premium finance contracts
- →Keep informed of industry developments through review of trade press and attending training meetings
Requirements
- ✓Florida 2-20 License Required
- ✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ✓Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and varied policy forms
- ✓Knowledge of Applied EPIC Agency Management System beneficial
- ✓Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
- ✓Strong written & oral communication skills
- ✓Organizational & time management skills
- ✓Dependable and Team Player
