About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join Deel, a global payroll and HR platform. This role involves leading a team of PEO Account Executives to drive revenue growth and maximize client lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, coach, and inspire a team of PEO Account Executives to achieve and exceed performance goals
- →Drive revenue growth by ensuring the team consistently meets or surpasses quota targets
- →Support professional development through regular 1:1s, training, and strategy sessions
- →Act as a player-coach by joining demos and supporting key opportunities
- →Build and evolve a scalable, efficient sales motion for Deel’s fastest-growing product lines
- →Provide clarity and direction through shifting priorities by communicating strategies and executing with urgency
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience as an individual contributor selling PEO solutions
- ✓2+ years of experience managing and developing people
- ✓Demonstrated success in building teams, designing customer journeys, and creating sales playbooks
- ✓Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and consistently exceed goals
- ✓Skilled in setting clear KPIs, driving accountability, and tracking performance
- ✓Strong track record of building collaborative cross-functional partnerships
- ✓Experience working in high-growth environments and balancing speed with scalable structure
