About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Total Rewards team. This role involves building strong client relationships and delivering top-tier service and support in a client-facing capacity.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead benefit platform initiatives and support open enrollment
→Manage reporting and compliance tasks
→Coordinate employee communications
→Assist with RFPs, renewal tracking, and ongoing client meetings

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in account management or HR (employee benefits preferred)
✓Active health, life, and disability license in applicable state(s)
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
✓Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
✓Ability to make sound independent decisions and manage priorities effectively
✓Customer-focused and empathetic, with the ability to stay composed under pressure
✓Self-directed and collaborative team player
✓Willingness to be occasionally available after hours
