[Upgrade to PRO to see link] Data Analyst - 12 Month FTC - UK Immersive is hiring! One of our Data Analysts is heading off on parental leave soon, so we have a vacancy for a 12-month fixed term contract within the team for a Data Analyst. This is a fantastic chance to step into a role that is increasingly integral to both our product and platform success. As a Data Analyst at Immersive, you will be helping to define how we evidence customer readiness to protect themselves from cyber attacks. You will be working with learner data gathered from our upskilling, assessments and exercises to measure human capability and how this can be translated into actionable insight for our customers. I mean, it does sound impressive, doesn’t it? You will help support the product team internally to make data-informed decisions with product analytics and define the metrics and data visualizations that customers see on the platform. Working closely with both Product leaders and Data leads, you will ensure that we not only meet the needs of our customers now but also align with our future vision. We are a fast-paced organization scaling quickly, which also means you get heaps of autonomy, the ability to genuinely influence, and the chance to work with a great bunch of folks. As a individual contributor in the team, your main responsibilities will include: - Internal Product Dashboards: You will be responsible for building and maintaining internal product analysis dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the business. - Bridging Product & Engineering: Be working with the Data Engineering team to ensure our business logic is accurate and that in-platform reporting truly meets our internal and customer needs. - Metric Design: You’ll support with metric calculations and contribute to the design and discovery of new reporting features. - The Tech Stack: You'll get hands-on experience with our core tools: Snowflake (warehousing), Looker & Count (visualization).
