About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Recruiting Manager to lead and evolve our Executive Search function. This role involves managing senior-level searches while building frameworks and processes to support organizational growth. You will report to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead 2-4 executive-level searches, defining strategy and driving end-to-end processes
• →Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders on talent markets and search strategy
• →Deliver curated candidate slates aligned with company mission and values
• →Manage and develop a small team of recruiters with planned growth over time
• →Coach team members on research, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management
• →Foster a culture of quality, transparency, and continuous improvement
• →Build and refine Executive Search function with standardized tools and processes
• →Establish best practices for research, calibration, and candidate assessment
• →Use data and insights to track performance and inform leadership decisions
• →Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on succession planning and talent strategy
• →Build trust-based relationships with senior leaders across the business
• →Represent company in executive talent market and cultivate industry networks
• →Manage partnerships with retained search firms when appropriate
• →Provide executive search updates, talent maps, and competitive insights
