About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a 100% remote contractor. This role involves providing virtual individual therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, focusing on patient care and documentation while our clinical operations team handles administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions
- →Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and compile patient medical data
- →Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans
- →Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
- →Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process
Requirements
- ✓Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- ✓Keep up-to-date with continuing education and evidence-based interventions
- ✓Experience with technology and digital tools/platforms
- ✓Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
- ✓Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
LCSW Requirements
- ✓Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited program
- ✓2+ years unsupervised post-licensure psychotherapy experience
- ✓Active unrestricted LCSW license in Maryland
LPC/LMHC Requirements
- ✓Master's degree in Counseling from CACREP accredited program
- ✓3+ years unsupervised post-licensure experience
- ✓Active unrestricted LPC/LMHC license in Maryland
LMFT Requirements
- ✓Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from COAMFTE program
- ✓3+ years unsupervised post-licensure experience
- ✓Active unrestricted LMFT license in Maryland
