About the Role
We are seeking a Remote Psychiatrist to join our team of dedicated mental health clinicians. This 1099 Independent Contractor position involves providing compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients through video-based visits, helping to redefine healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Assess patients through video-based encounters and perform comprehensive mental health evaluations
- →Provide psychotropic medication management including evaluation of medical history and medication response
- →Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- →Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information including examination results and medical history
- →Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review quality assurance processes
Requirements
- ✓Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in state of residence
- ✓Graduate of ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
- ✓Keep up-to-date with continuing medical education
- ✓Comfortable navigating video-conferencing platforms and willing to learn new technology
- ✓Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms
