Sr. Revenue Accountant at Included Health

About the Role

Included Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to take ownership of complex contract order management and ensure accurate application of revenue recognition policies. This critical role drives operational efficiency in the quote-to-cash process while maintaining compliance with SOX and GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• →Take ownership of complex contract order management and setup of related deals in Workday
• →Manage system setup of all sales contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy during monthly and quarterly close
• →Collaborate with business partners to implement process improvements to the quote-to-cash process
• →Work with teams to automate quote-to-cash processes and establish auditable evidence for order fulfillment
• →Apply, enforce, and execute the company's revenue recognition policy
• →Establish controls to ensure revenue forecasts and deferred revenue balances comply with GAAP
• →Provide audit support for control and substantive testing
• →Participate in month- and quarter-end close processes including preparing journal entries and reconciliations
• →Create and publish metrics to report Revenue Operations team effectiveness
• →Streamline systems and reporting tools for accurate revenue recording and classification
