About the Role
The Finance department at Kobie is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will support the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes, collaborate with various teams to forecast and analyze expenses, and prepare monthly business reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long-range planning processes including working with teams throughout the organization to create driver-based budgets/forecasts
- →Collaborate with Technology and G&A teams to forecast, track, and analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures
- →Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and drive cost optimization initiatives
- →Prepare Monthly Business Reviews to present financial results, KPIs, and budget variances
- →Leverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports, drive actionable strategic insights, and support business decisions
- →Prepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support thoughtful and data-driven decision making
- →Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials through calculating accruals, proposing reclassifications, and performing variance analyses
- →Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial and operational data across various financial reporting systems and processes
- →Think critically about Finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy, and other improvements
Requirements
- ✓3+ years’ experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting and/or corporate finance
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting/Finance Required
- ✓Experience with Planful, preferred
- ✓Experience with call center financial management, preferred
