About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our growing Technical Writing team at Incode. Your primary role will be to create clear, comprehensive documentation that helps enterprise customers, developers, and end users understand, implement, and use our identity verification solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain technical documentation including release notes, user documentation, integration guides, API references, and SDK documentation
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information from engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts
- →Manage documentation projects from conception through publication, meeting deadlines and balancing multiple priorities
- →Review and edit content created by team members and stakeholders
- →Follow documentation standards and best practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all content
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation standards, processes, tools, and workflows
- →Design and implement documentation architecture that scales with our product offerings
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in software, SaaS, or developer-focused products
- ✓Proven expertise with MadCap Flare for authoring, managing, and publishing technical content
- ✓Strong experience with GitHub for version control
- ✓Familiarity with tools like Notion or Jira and Confluence
- ✓Exceptional writing and editing skills for producing clear, concise technical documentation
- ✓Experience working in agile development environments
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Experience working effectively with multi-national peers
- ✓Fluency in written English and Spanish
