Main Purpose
The Onsite Manager oversees day-to-day operations for the temporary workforce at the client site, ensuring a seamless experience for both associates and client partners. This role manages workforce onboarding, attendance, performance, and compliance throughout the shift lifecycle. Acting as the primary onsite point of contact, the Onsite Manager leads and supports a team of leads or representatives, ensures fulfillment goals are met, and partners closely with the Client Success Manager (CSM) and client staff to drive operational excellence.
This position is located in North Haven, CT.
Working Hours: Tentatively 7AM - 330PM Monday through Friday, with an occasional weekend possible. The role demands scheduling flexibility and adaptability to a rotating or variable shift. Candidates must be available for shifts that could include evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
Qualifications & Skills
β’ Three years of previous work within a staffing company or in customer service
β’ Two years of experience supervising 150 employees or more in a metric-driven environment
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
β’ Excellent written and oral communication skills
β’ Intermediate skills in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office products
β’ An ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment and work under pressure
β’ Ability to motivate, coach, and constructively critique front-line administrative level employees and supervisory employees, as well as effectively interact with other managers and Company leadershipHigh level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage.

β’ Build and maintain good relationships at all levels of the customerβs organization and deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues and ensuring consistent quality.
β’ Works with the customerβs team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements.
β’ Developing and executing effective recruiting and operational strategies that deliver the applicant flow and hiring results to meet and exceed fill rate and on-time fill rate goals.
β’ Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for proper transition to the assignment.
β’ May lead and direct a dedicated team based on the size and model of the account.
β’ Manage and oversee daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy.
β’ Perform quality control functions to ensure the customer is satisfied across all levels of the organization.
β’ Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators and use the information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement.
β’ Counsels temporary employees relative to attendance, productivity, and overall job performance
β’ Maintain compliance with operations, systems, and employee records. Ensure compliance with the contract between the customer and Indeed Flex for background checks, drug screening, billing, and any other terms outlined in the agreement.
β’ Ensure accurate and timely information about the account and assigned temporary employees are entered into the operating system. Maintain customer information relative to specific on-site accounts in the system.
β’ Perform quality evaluations on temporary employees.
β’ Participate in the customerβs safety program and verify that employees follow safety policies and PPE requirements. Accident review, investigations, and report of injury with the safety department as needed.
β’ Implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance, such as absenteeism and turnover.
β’ Assist in the coordination and selection of secondary vendors.
β’ Communicate regularly on account status.
β’ Manage all master vendor activities, including payroll, invoicing, and aging.
β’ Complete measurement and reporting every week, including analyzing key performance indicator measurements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
β’ Complete and facilitate partnership review meetings with the customer and Indeed Flex team every quarter, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.
β’ Participate in the customerβs meetings as appropriate to stay informed of the operations.
β’ May manage, lead, and direct an on-site team depending on the size and scope of the account.
β’ Participate in team off-site recruiting activities.
β’ Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This job operates in a commercial or production environment. There may be fluctuating hot or cold temperatures, noise, and safety needs to comply with for site navigation. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Hours are worked according to business needs and may vary during peak time. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
This position occasionally requires up to 25% travel. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.
