About the Role
IEM is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage interviews by coordinating schedules and confirming logistics with candidates and hiring teams
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience
- →Create and publish job postings on various platforms and manage candidate inquiries
- →Perform administrative tasks including maintaining open requisition lists and collecting pre-employment paperwork
- →Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role
- ✓Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
- ✓Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Proficiency in Greenhouse and/or comparable ATS/HRMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
