About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to develop the sale of Time & Material (T&M) resources in the most relevant accounts in the banking sector, ensuring profitable portfolio growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify staffing opportunities in IT (development, QA, architecture, cybersecurity, data, digital channels, core banking, etc.) and lead the complete commercial cycle (prospecting, proposal, negotiation, closing).
- →Manage relationships with relevant areas at the client to identify business opportunities (Purchasing, Technology directors, Operations, Risk, Digital Channels).
- →Coordinate internally with People and Delivery departments to ensure that T&M profiles are filled on time, in the required format, and meeting the requirements set by the client.
- →Supervise contractual compliance (SLA, service KPIs, renewals, extensions, penalties) and manage escalations.
- →Drive up-selling and cross-selling actions with the sales team focused on selling other types of services.
- →Maintain an updated and predictable pipeline, reporting forecasts and commercial results periodically.
