About the Role
We are looking for a Functional Administrator to ensure the smooth functioning of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide support during quarterly closings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and manage the data entry environment
- →Create and manage the consolidation environment (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation definitions)
- →Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, and data access groups)
- →Provide rudimentary support to application users (credentials management, blocking controls solving)
- →Ensure correct transfer of data between the consolidation tool and other company applications and databases
- →Monitor the application via the administration console
- →Participate in the implementation of process improvements
- →Enrich existing technical documentation and create new documentation
- →Apply knowledge to improve and enrich the data model to fit user demands
Requirements
- ✓Experience with financial consolidation tools
- ✓Knowledge of ERP systems and data warehouses
- ✓Strong understanding of financial business processes
- ✓Ability to manage security modules and data access groups
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration abilities
