- →Ensure proper operational functioning of the Controlling squad, with a strong focus on TAGETIK
- →Provide responsive support to reporting tool users
- →Manage IT and administrative incidents related to user requests
- →Organize and deliver user training sessions
- →Administer and enhance reporting tools, driving productivity improvements
- →Ensure quality, governance, and continuous improvement of finance information systems
- →Provide functional expertise for projects including analysis, testing, and training
- →Anticipate project impacts on reporting processes and tools
- →Act as a key point of contact for finance reporting users and processes
