About the Role

We are seeking a Conversational Agent Use Cases Developer to join our Data & AI Tribe. This role involves managing and developing use cases for our Conversational AI Platform, working closely with various internal teams and stakeholders to deliver robust AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to running and changing activities related to the usage of the CAP platform
→Work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owner, and other team members
→Bring expertise on APIs, RAG, data pipeline development, and data preparation
→Onboard new use cases, provide technical support, and create environments
→Scale new use cases by drafting playbooks and accelerating onboarding
→Follow up on incidents and monitor existing bots
→Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
→Collaborate with subject matter experts and architects
→Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure seamless integration
→Troubleshoot complex technical issues and address technical debt

Requirements

✓Strong command of Python and JavaScript
✓Experience with data pipeline development using Airflow
✓Experience with API Management (APIGEE)
✓Experience with data preparation using Elasticsearch
✓Knowledge of Cloud, DevSecOps, and CI/CD
✓Understanding of the data lifecycle and user feedback
