About the Role
You will be part of an extended team responsible for analyzing financial expenses and managing relationships with contacts from various delivery business lines. Your work will focus on addressing organizational needs at the Group level.
Key Responsibilities
- βMonitor the entire budget of each business line and take actions to keep track of estimations
- βInteract with shared teams such as finance and procurement to steer cost management
- βAnalyze budget gaps and implement related action plans
- βCompare actuals to budget and forecast, taking actions based on constraints
- βFollow up on resource allocation and track consumption
- βPerform head count forecasts and track evolution compared to actuals
- βIdentify cost optimization sources and factors
- βPerform monthly reviews on the landing plan evolution
- βReview contract databases and allocated expenses
- βUpdate resource assignment and allocation in related tools
- βAnalyze KPIs characterizing operational activity
- βPropose and create new reporting to facilitate decision making
- βPerform monthly presentations on budget monitoring
- βPresent analysis results in committees
- βChallenge business lines on budget trajectory and propose efficiency axes
