About the Role
The Application Support Specialist will join the Digital and Transversal Solution – APS Application Production team, providing critical support for internal applications used across company projects. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services to both internal and external clients while maintaining and improving transversal applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide functional support to application users.
- →Perform testing, validation, and cross-checking between environments.
- →Interact with IT Production, ICP Support Teams, and development teams for in-house applications.
- →Manage Change Requests, incidents, and support tickets through ServiceNow.
- →Install, administer, document, and troubleshoot applications.
- →Manage incidents and ensure clear communication with end-users for both local and central issues.
- →Design and implement new application environments.
- →Collaborate on group-wide and local projects.
- →Perform Problem Management, Continuity Management, Capacity Management, and Asset & Obsolescence Management.
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in Linux-based server environments.
- ✓Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.
- ✓Experience with ServiceNow and CI/CD pipelines.
- ✓Ability to monitor application performance and server resource utilization.
- ✓Knowledge of capacity planning and performance tuning.
- ✓Experience with root cause analysis and incident management.
