About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. This role focuses on defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business objectives, customer value, and technical viability
- →Gather, analyze, and translate requirements from stakeholders including business, risk, compliance, technology, etc.
- →Collaborate closely with Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure continuous value delivery
- →Validate functionalities before deployment (UAT) and monitor their performance post-launch
- →Conduct Discovery sessions, user-centered design, and validations with real customers
- →Measure and report key product metrics: adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), conversion, etc.
- →Work synergistically with UX/UI, Data, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and Technology teams
- →Stay updated on trends in the banking, Fintech, and emerging technologies sectors
- →Translate complex business needs into viable and scalable solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management with a focus on financial services or Fintech
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- ✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- ✓Understanding of UAT processes and post-launch monitoring
