About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Data & AI) to align Inetum’s Data & AI offerings with clients’ business goals and strategy, winning new logos and building a strong partner-driven pipeline across the UK, DACH, and the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive new business acquisition in the UK/DACH/Nordics, with a strong focus on winning new customers and building partner-led opportunities.
- →Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, value proposition, proposal, negotiation, and signature.
- →Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting and by converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
- →Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales to shape solutions, estimates, and commercial models (T&M, managed services, fixed-price where applicable).
- →Create and present client-specific value propositions that include business outcomes, ROI logic, and an implementation approach.
- →Lead commercial negotiations and contract closing for Data & AI consulting and delivery services.
- →Develop and execute territory and market sales strategies (segmentation, ICPs, target account lists, partner plan).
- →Build long-term relationships with clients and partners, including alliances, referrals, and co-selling.
- →Capture market insights and translate them into offer improvements and go-to-market ideas.
