Nous recherchons un Scrum Master passionné et expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe à Bordeaux. En tant que Scrum Master, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la gestion des méthodologies Agile au sein de nos projets. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement, les Product Owners et les parties prenantes pour garantir la livraison de produits de haute qualité.
Responsabilités :
• Faciliter les cérémonies Scrum (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Assurer la bonne compréhension et l'application des principes Agile au sein de l'équipe.
• Identifier et éliminer les obstacles qui pourraient impacter la progression de l'équipe.
• Promouvoir une culture de collaboration et d'amélioration continue.
• Assurer la communication entre les équipes de développement et les parties prenantes.
• Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance pour optimiser les processus.
