About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Inetum. This role involves acting as a business partner, representing the company's values, and identifying suitable profiles for various positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement recruitment strategy with your team, in collaboration with sales and technical teams
- →Propose and innovate in our sourcing strategy across different channels (CV databases, social networks, etc.)
- →Participate in the entire recruitment process from identifying needs to onboarding new employees
- →Manage candidate tracking: interview reports via our ATS SmartRecruiters, debriefing with operational teams, candidate feedback, closing, talent pool management
- →Contribute to employer branding development
- →Provide weekly reporting to your manager
- →Organize and participate in recruitment events (recruitment afterworks, onboarding sessions, job fairs)
- →Develop and maintain relationships with schools
