En tant que Tech Lead Java, vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement et de l’optimisation des applications Java au sein de l’équipe. Missions principales
• Définir et faire évoluer l’architecture technique des applications Java
• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services et fonctionnalités en Java (Spring Boot, microservices, APIs)
• Encadrer techniquement les développeurs : mentorat, bonnes pratiques, revues de code
• Participer aux choix technologiques et garantir la cohérence technique du projet
• Assurer la qualité du code, la performance et la sécurité des applications
• Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes Produit, DevOps et QA
• Contribuer à l’industrialisation et à l’automatisation (CI/CD, tests, monitoring)
• Participer à la rédaction de la documentation technique et fonctionnelle
• Être un moteur dans l’amélioration continue : standards, méthodologies, outillage
