About the Role
We are strengthening our team with an IP/MPLS Network Engineer to support the current workload, operational pressure, and service delivery needs within the provisioning team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Configuration of Core IP/MPLS networks and services – B2B and B2C.
- →Technical support and troubleshooting for fault resolution – B2B and B2C.
- →Implementation and migration of XGSPON access.
- →Execution of circuit/service migrations (baldeamentos) as part of Core IP/MPLS network reorganization.
- →Support to internal and external teams in solution implementation and troubleshooting.
- →Participation in an on‑call rotation (1 week per month).
Requirements
- ✓Experience in demanding environments involving IP/MPLS Cisco/Nokia networks
- ✓Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls, NSO, NSP
- ✓Experience with migrations and network reorganizations
- ✓Technical support and troubleshooting skills
