About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join INFINIT, a fast-growing fintech scale-up reshaping the future of SMEs with AI. This role requires someone who excels at the intersection of technology, data, and client engagement, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring successful implementation
- →Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address churn risks
- →Contribute to the development of Customer Success playbooks and best practices
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles
- →Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- →Conduct regular business reviews with customers, offering insights and strategic recommendations
- →Act as the bridge between Sales and Customer Success
- →Work closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback
- →Support Sales with upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- →Use Google Analytics and internal data tools to analyze customer usage patterns
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in Customer Success and Client Onboarding in a SaaS or Tech startup environment
- ✓Ownership mindset with initiative and problem-solving skills
- ✓Scrappy and resourceful approach to work
- ✓Customer-obsessed attitude
- ✓Data-driven approach using metrics to guide actions
- ✓Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities
- ✓Collaboration-oriented with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support
- ✓Experience using CS or CRM tools (HubSpot ideally)
