The role
INFINIT is strategically expanding its financial services footprint. As part of this growth, we are undertaking a major technological transformation, including the implementation of a Core Banking System.
We are looking for a "High-Potential Builder" - An ambitious finance professional who wants to lead the build and implementation of our Core Banking System and then take ownership of the financial operations.
What do we want to achieve together?
β’ System Architecture: Work closely with IT and the Core Banking System integrators to configure the finance module.
β’ Data Logic: Define how financial data flows. You will translate complex operational transactions into clear accounting logic and Chart of Accounts mapping.
β’ UAT Lead: Lead the User Acceptance Testing for the finance workstream, ensuring the system output meets strict accounting and regulatory standards before full deployment.
β’ Financial Control & Automation: Design, build, and run a robust and highly efficient internal control framework. INFINIT is an automation and AI-oriented company - your goal is to move beyond manual checks by leveraging technology to automate day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and continuous financial monitoring.
β’ Statutory & Regulatory Reporting: Lead the annual closing process (LuxGAAP) and manage the periodic reporting required for regulated financial activities, ensuring data accuracy through your automated frameworks.
β’ Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory advisors, providing them with clean, system-generated data and transparent control processes.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
β’ Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Audit (Big 4 preferred), Financial Consulting, or within the finance department of a FinTech/Financial Services company.
β’ Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable interacting with IT teams. Experience with ERP implementations or Core Banking Systems (like Skaleet, Mambu, Temenos, etc.) is a massive advantage.
β’ Technical Skills: Solid foundation in general accounting and LuxGAAP/IFRS. Exposure to regulatory reporting in the financial sector is a strong plus.
β’ Mindset: You are a self-starter. You are willing to dive into the granular, hands-on details today to build the foundation for your leadership role tomorrow.
