About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer specializing in Core Banking & Payments to join INFINIT, a fast-growing fintech scale-up. This role involves spearheading the evolution of our financial infrastructure and bridging the gap between automotive dealers' financing needs and our core banking transition.
Key Responsibilities
- →Replace current BaaS providers with a high-performance, proprietary system
- →Own the technical architecture for our financial infrastructure
- →Ensure our technical stack delivers precision and scale in a regulated environment
- →Collaborate with the lead payment engineer on payment system development
Requirements
- ✓Expert C# & .NET Engineering with focus on high-performance, distributed backend systems
- ✓Proven track record of shipping scalable, production-grade architectures
- ✓Strong background in regulated financial environments and core banking & ledger logic
- ✓Ability to own features end-to-end from analysis to implementation
- ✓Effective stakeholder communication skills
- ✓Experience with modern developer tools for accelerated development
