About the Role
Portfolio 3 is seeking an Operations Executive to join their growing team and help strengthen their foundation. This role involves delivering operational aspects of expanding events and projects, ensuring high standards and satisfaction of all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the key point of contact for show teams in all matters related to allocated shows
- →Accountable for setting, forecasting, and achieving operational show budgets
- →Responsible for successful show management and technical delivery of physical and digital events
- →Manage production and implementation of show project plans ensuring timely completion
- →Ensure all allocated events comply with company’s H&S, Security & Sustainability guidelines
- →Implement internal and external Service Level Agreements on all allocated events
- →Oversee production and delivery of the show exhibitor manual
- →Communicate with suppliers to manage briefs, design, production, and signage
- →Compile post-event reports and KPI analysis
Requirements
- ✓Experience in operations management within the events industry
- ✓Strong understanding of budget management and forecasting
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Knowledge of H&S, Security & Sustainability guidelines
- ✓Experience with project planning and implementation
